12x12 ft Patio Gazebo,Alu Gazebo with Steel Canopy

I spent about 2 days to put everything together (assembled this by myself for the most part, except there were a few steps that I needed helps from my neighbors since those steps required at least 3 people to be able to stood the frame up, keep them steady and screwed everything together at the same time). It was a lot of works but the result so very satisfying.
What I really like about this gazebo:
1) All parts were made of quality aluminum and all the pieces were thick and heavy. The whole gazebo is probably weighted around 270 lbs (based on the sums of all boxes).

2) The instruction manual was super clear and easy to follow. I followed it exactly step by step and didn't have any mistake during the assembly. Most of the screw use the same type of length, except for a few parts that have different length, so it was pretty easy to put them on.

3) Once it was assembled, it's very heavy, so I didn't really need to drill holes on my concrete and install the bolts (which is also included) at all and I don't think the weather here will be able to move it around.
4) The curtain they included is pretty thick and well insulated against cold temperature. Sitting under the gazebo at night with the curtain closed, I can barely feel the cold weather (usually in the 55 to 58 degrees at night, that's considered cold in California, lol..)
5) Having a ventilated root is great for doing a BBQ under this gazebo (we set up a Korean style BBQ table under this gazebo last 2 weekends), which was very fun.

Thoughts on improvement: I think if they add some more Velcro patches to help keep the mosquitos net attached to the 4 corner poles, that'd help keep the net stay shut when there's some breeze. Other than that, I can't find anything bad about it. Very well built, solid materials and clear instructions.

It looks goods, and I'm picky. It's a sturdy enough product for what it's supposed to be. There's a small gutter system and the water runs down the outside of the legs. The curtains look good and run on the track smoothly. The bug netting is great and also moves easily. I added a ceiling fan/light and LED strip lighting (I ran the electrical through the hollow leg to separate switches installed on the top/inside of the leg).
The seller communicated through this process and helped to resolve issues.

This is absolutely perfect for what I wanted. It came faster than expected which was really nice. It took 2 of us about 6 hours to complete. We put the Alan key into the drill that definitely helped with time and our hands. Very happy with the purchase.

*** UPDATE ***
We contacted customer support regarding replacing some broken curtain clips (our fault, not a problem with the product) and they graciously and quickly sent us replacement clips for free!!! It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days.

The gazebo comes in 3 separate boxes. One of our boxes got separated by FedEx after like the second hop. Amazon had provided only the tracking number for one of the boxes, so I contacted the seller's customer service via email; a few hours later a received a reply with the tracking # for the missing box. The third box finally arrived a few days later and their customer support followed up with me to ensure I had received it. Kudos for customer service!

Considering it was only two of us putting the gazebo together, I would say it was pretty easy to assemble. It took ~8.5 hours for us to put it together: 2 hours the first evening to get the main frame put together, 2 hours the next evening to get the roof structure in place (we had to figure out a way to do it with only 2 of us - fyi a multi-position ladder to hold up the structure while attaching it to the frame was the ticket), and the last day took a little longer to install the roof because I was working alone. The graphical assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The gazebo is very sturdy and pretty heavy. The main reason we got the gazebo is because our area is very windy and our patio umbrellas never stayed put. Even though I have not bolted the gazebo to the patio yet, it hasn't moved in the wind and storms we've had since putting it up.

Several of our neighbors have commented on how nice the gazebo is and have asked where we bought it. We have been more than happy to recommend this product to those who have asked about it.

The boxes when delivered were so heavy, my husband and I broke the items down into parts and used a wheelbarrow super helpful- make sure to use gloves as I cut my hand. It took 2 people 3.5 hours to put up. It does provide great shade and looking forward to summer.
