Really impressed by the product. Good instructions, everything fit and they supply extra fasteners just in case.
This pergola is very sturdy and well made. While this one was more expensive then some of the other gazebos I was looking at, this one checked all the boxes for what we needed. Once assembled I was not disappointed, it looks great!! Keep in mind, there a lot of individual metals pieces so realistically you will most likely have some bent or dented pieces either from the factory or from shipping. Hopefully those pieces are in places that they won't be a problem and you won't even see them BUT if not, Cherylife customer service is excellent. The are quick to respond to any question or message sent to them. They are very cooperative and helpful.
Beautiful pergola, it was easy to install between two persons. No major issues with alignment of the pieces with the bolts. We anchored it to the deck, which made the structure sturdier, columns are light and beams are light but strong. Once it's put together it is pretty solid. The louvered roof is beautiful and works smoothly. The day after installing it rained and no water came through and you could hear it coming down the columns through the gutter like system it has. Customer service has been excellent, staying in touch to ensure all was good with the product and delivery.
We love our new pergola. Wonderful customer service from Cherylife and they kept us updated on delivery status. It took my husband and son approx 5 hours to build. I love that with louvers open, the adjacent room in my house remains light. It has kept us dry while we sat under it in the rain. It looks beautiful on our deck. My only regret is that we did not buy it sooner!
I can't share enough positive feedback about this pergola. It's sturdy, beautiful, well made and looks amazing. I went the extra step and hired someone local to install it. He's an exceptional carpenter and it took him 4 hours to set it up by himself. Nothing was missing and just one small dent in one post that was hidden once the roof was installed. It's not cheap I know but well worth it.
