20x12 ft Patio gazebo, Alu Gazebo With Steel Canopy

We love the gazebo, just what we wanted. Had a panel that was bad but just took a picture and sent it to them. We also needed a few more screws and bolts. We got everything about a week and half later, no problems. Great customer service. You do need a few people just to look at plans and get everything in correct order. We have it over our spa with table and chairs.

Our gazebo is finally together, and it looks so nice! It's sturdy and the netting and curtains are very nice material. My husband put the frame together with the help of a friend, but did the rest himself. After the first attempt of installing the roof panels, and lots of cussing and yelling, he managed to figure out his groove and had the roof done in no time by himself. I hung all the netting and curtain with no issues, and I love that they clip on and slide making it super easier to open and close them. We've already been through a couple storms, and haven't noticed and leaks! Overall, great product and the company seems to be willing to take care of its customers!

I rate this 4.5 stars only because of the very confusing assembly instructions. This gazebo is very high quality and is very sturdy. The actual assembly is not difficult, I built it alone over the course of a week, maybe 10 total hours. I recommend reading the instructions several times before starting. You will find some of the instructions are out of sequence. Also the illustrations are not very clear, the step with the small screens comes to mind. Also when you hang the netting, hang the privacy curtains before the mosquito netting. I recommend this product despite some of its faults.

Take your time putting it together. Lay out the parts carefully. It is best with 2 people. Measure carefully before screwing into pavement. It is waterproof if you assemble correctly. We have had torrential rains this week and no leaks. Love it and would purchase again. Good customer service.

12x20 says 2-3 people can be done with one that has experience building. Instructions are not as detailed as it should be but not bad.some ares need extra attention or you will put it in wrong and redo it before putting on the panels very satisfied
