The range top boasts 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners, delivering a total output of 120,000 BTU for precise tasks like simmering or melting chocolate. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates ensure stability, covering a recessed enamel cooking surface cavity that contains spills for easy cleaning. The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven, with a 30,000 BTU output, features a speckled blue enamel interior, convection fan, and a 3-layer glass oven door window for fast and precise cooking. The package includes an LP conversion kit, 3 stainless steel telescopic oven racks, wok support, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit, skewers forks, air fry basket and drip pan.
