The Forno Capriasca 36-Inch french door dual fuel range harmonizes professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Unique french doors mean open doors allow up to 12 Inch of more space to access your oven. The gas rangetop has 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 120,000 BTU for simmering melting chocolate or simmering sauces. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. true convection oven with a total output of 6,300 Watts is encased in a speckled blue enamel interior, ensures fast, precise and consistent cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included is an LP conversion kit, 3 stainless steel telescopic oven racks, wok support, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit and skewers forks, air fry basket with rack and drip pan. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
